Era of Extra Campaign

I led messaging for RTR’s 360 marketing campaign, Era of Extra, which added +1 permanent extra item to every membership shipment. This is a sample of the app store rebrand, but the campaign required massive cross-functional effort across channels — resulting in an impactful go-to-market that broke traffic records and increased subscription conversion.

The Growth Product Squad launched Rent the Look to enable users to quickly rent entire outfits, cutting down browsing time and increasing the add-to-cart metric. Similar Styles eases the inventory availability pain point by surfacing up visually similar styles available to rent now, helping users experience the full breadth of inventory.
